Once the assessment has been completed, your assessor will lodge your Energy Performance Certificate.

After the Assessment

Once your assessment has been completed, your assessor will upload the information collected into our specialist software to produce your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The completed EPC will then be lodged on the official register, and we will provide you with a copy that you can retain for your records.

Your EPC will include an energy efficiency rating (from A to G) along with practical recommendations to help improve your property's energy performance. It will also display the property's address, floor area and the date the certificate was issued.

An EPC remains valid for 10 years, unless a new certificate is produced for the property before then.
